This 3 Season Room received a complete transformation by LUMI Construction Management.

We took an unfinished space and turned it into a warm, functional, and beautifully finished extension of the home. One of the highlights of this renovation is the custom wood ceiling, bringing natural warmth and character to the entire space, combined with new finishes, lighting, flooring, and carefully executed details throughout.

ATTIC TRANSFORMATION — BUILT FROM SCRATCH

There’s no greater compliment than having a client trust us with another project.

Our relationship with this homeowner began with a major front porch project. The previous construction had been stopped due to permitting and setback issues, and our team was brought in to help get the project back on track, complete the required process, and deliver the porch the right way.

The client was extremely happy with the final result — and that trust led to another opportunity.

This time, she asked Lumi Construction Management to transform her unfinished attic into a fully completed living space.

We took an unfinished area and built it out from scratch, creating a beautiful and functional new level of the home with finished hardwood floors, custom built-ins, a modern cable railing system, lighting, climate control, a bedroom, bathroom, walk-in closet, and carefully finished details throughout.

For us, this project represents more than another renovation. It represents what we work toward with every client: earning enough trust that when the next project comes, they choose Lumi again.

A complete transformation at Grace Point Church in North Chelmsford.

This project was a full renovation designed to create more functional, welcoming, and accessible spaces for the church and its community.

We created a new social hall with spacious men’s and women’s restrooms, including accessibility accommodations, along with a new office and a completely renovated main hall designed to better serve services, gatherings, and special events.

The project also included a new, larger and more modern main entrance, as well as a complete transformation of the exterior porch.

Inside the main sanctuary, we built a dedicated soundproof drum room, designed with large viewing windows that allow the drummer to maintain full visual connection with the sanctuary while significantly improving sound control.

From the layout and construction to the finishes and final details, every part of this renovation was approached with the goal of respecting the character of the church while giving it the functionality and comfort it needed for the future.

We’re proud to have been part of this transformation and to deliver a space that can continue serving the Grace Point Church community for years to come.

A complete basement renovation, built around a family’s needs.

Our client Francis contacted us to renovate his basement and create a comfortable living space for his mother.

The project required a complete renovation. Since the existing basement didn’t have proper egress, we excavated from the exterior and installed new egress windows. From there, we rebuilt the space with new framing, insulation, electrical, flooring, finishes, and a new bathroom.

It was a project that involved a lot of work behind the finished walls, and we’re very happy with how everything came together.

Francis was also kind enough to leave us a great review, highlighting the quality of our work, communication throughout the project, and transparency from beginning to end.

And the relationship didn’t stop with the basement. After the project was completed, Francis reached out to us again to renovate his outdoor patio and upgrade the home’s electrical service to 200 amps.

We truly appreciate the continued trust and always enjoy seeing one project lead naturally into the next.
