You found the lot. You've got a folder of saved photos and a rough idea of the layout. Now you're trying to figure out when you could actually be living there, because that answer affects your lease, your current house, maybe your kids' school year.

For a custom home in Northwest Arkansas, plan on about 12 months from breaking ground to getting your keys.

Some builds go faster and some take longer. Changing the design after construction has started, waiting on materials that are backordered, and Arkansas weather are the usual reasons a schedule moves. We served as general contractor on this multifamily community for a repeat client, managing every phase from sitework and foundations through vertical construction and finish-out.

Inside, the finishes match the quality of the build: quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, vinyl plank flooring, nine-foot ceilings, walk-in closets, in-unit washers and dryers, and spacious floor plans. The leasing office, with its signature silo, sets the tone for the whole community, just minutes from downtown Springdale.
