Why?
Because apparently our phone number is REALLY popular… with spam calls.
Car warranties, random “you owe the IRS a goat” scams, mysterious robots—
Yeah, we’ve heard it all.

So to protect our sanity (and yours!), we now have a simple call tree that helps sort real humans from questionable robots. It gets you to the right person faster and helps us spend more time doing what we do best: keeping your lights on and your home powered up. ⚡🏡
