It all started over 30 years ago, when my father Dave McDowell founded AWS, he taught me that we not only wanted our customer’s business, we want to earn it for a lifetime. With those same values instilled in me today I take a unique approach to the home improvement industry. I am personally involved in all of the day to day operations of All-Weather Seal of WM and I ensure everyone on my staff from the Customer Service Representative to the Installation Team is willing to go to those same lengths to ensure not only our customers’ satisfaction, but their complete happiness. These values are reflected in our 0 complaint ratios with the BBB, and reflected in our "We are certain you will be completely satisfied" pledge to all of our customers.
