Our business is what it is because of our amazing clients! Last night we celebrated our 4th annual Client Appreciation event at the Charlotte Knights game with nearly 70 of our clients. As my wife said, our clients are more than just clients. They become a part of our extended family and we are so thankful for you!

It’s official! At Home 22 Residential Services and Ara Clendenning, Broker/Realtor, EXP Realty, LLC have put together special pricing for the Charlotte FC game against DC United on August 22nd. Tickets are just $29.12 per ticket and we are extending this out to past clients, future clients, friends and family! Get your tickets early- if we have enough sign ups we may have an opportunity to have some time on the field!

We owe you some updates on all the fun projects we have been working on… but for now… stay safe during this upcoming weather event! If you use a generator, make sure your CO detectors are working properly! Remember, CO is odorless but can be deadly. Make sure you have PLENTY of ventilation for those generators and that your fireplaces are properly vented.
