Quick question… is there a black market for yard signs we don’t know about? 🤔

For the second year in a row, one of our signs has gone missing from the same exact spot. At first we thought maybe it blew away… but this time we actually have a photo of the person (and their vehicle) picking it up.

We’re not mad… just a little confused why our signs are apparently that desirable. If you wanted one, you could’ve just asked...😉

All jokes aside, we’re a small local business and those signs help us grow. We’re incredibly thankful for our customers who are happy with our work and willing to let us place signs on their property — that support means everything to us. Replacing stolen signs adds up quickly, so we’d really appreciate them staying where we put them.

Big changes are blooming this season at North Country Property Maintenance! 🌱💚

We’re excited to share that our family is growing — we’re expecting a new little helper this June! 🍼 While we’ll be adjusting to life with a newborn again, we’re still committed to keeping your lawns looking their absolute best all summer long.

We’re grateful to have represented North Country Property Maintenance this morning at the Business & Community Leaders Breakfast hosted by Naturally Lewis ☕🌱

It was a fantastic event filled with connection, collaboration, and conversation about the future of Lewis County. A big thank you to local coffee roaster Conner Biolsi for keeping everyone energized with some great coffee!

We also had the opportunity to hear from a powerhouse panel of local business owners and regional leaders who shared real stories of growth, resilience, and teamwork that are helping transform our community. Thank you to: Max Delsignore ( Northern New York Community Foundation), Robert Griffin (North Central SBDC), Jerry and Heather Hurd (The Opera House Cantina), and another thank you to Conner Biolsi (Azahar Roast House) for sharing your insights!

The round table discussions were especially impactful — bringing together local leaders to share ideas, challenges, and opportunities to continue strengthening our businesses and our community.

We’re proud to be part of such a supportive and forward-thinking business community. Thank you again to Naturally Lewis for hosting such a meaningful event. We’re already looking forward to the next one!

It’s Lewis County Fair parade day here, and North Country Property Maintenance is excited to be part of the fun! 🎉

We’ve set out a tote filled with ice-cold Poland Spring water by the road for anyone passing by or lining up floats for the parade. If you're out in the heat—grab a bottle and stay cool! 🥶☀️
