We arrived to a youth rec building that has not had use of there boys and girls restrooms in quite awhile. After a camera inspection we discovered the previous companies failed to find the problem because they were looking in the wrong place. We quickly discovered a broken cleanout buried under a large tree. After the area was excavated we removed the root mass and made a permanent repair.

This customer had no idea there were drains in his yard. With the help of our camera and locator we were able to find the over grown drain covers and get them removed. We pulled tons of roots and other debris from every drain box we found.

It's never a bad idea to get a second opinion on things. The previous company had limited tools and knowledge there for they only provided one option that was to tunnel under the building at a cost of $20,000. We showed up figured out the problem and after grinding out roughly 16 inches of grout and cutting a stack to remove a 10 inch piece of metal we had them back to 100% after only 3 hours and at an 8th of the cost.

We recently worked at a very old build that had badly rusted floor drains. Unfortunately the covers and the cover mounting points were too badly rusted to use. Luckily for the customer Top Notch is not your average drain cleaning professionals and we have some pretty neat tools at our disposal. We designed, cut and installed custom aluminum drain cover within a few days.
