And the transformation didn’t stop at the back of the house! 🏡

At the front of this Montrose home, Kerby Custom Renovations completely reworked the porch and garage to create a much grander first impression.

We increased the roof height and added prominent gables, giving the home more architectural presence and making the entire exterior appear larger. Raising the garage roof also created valuable attic storage above the garage—combining curb appeal with added function.

The redesigned covered porch, larger columns, new railings, updated garage door, exterior lighting, fresh paint, and landscaping all work together to create a welcoming entrance that feels like it has always belonged to the home.
