This month we’re spotlighting Jacob, our Operations Specialist.
Jacob joined Citadel with a background in operations, facilities management, and process development across higher education, healthcare, and private sector projects. Before coming to Citadel, he led field teams, managed large-scale asset management projects, and helped build out a managed services division within his previous company.
At Citadel, Jacob focuses on the systems behind the scenes that help projects and people stay aligned. From developing SOPs to improving workflows across departments, his work helps keep the company organized and moving forward as we continue to grow.
He’s the kind of person who likes solving problems before they become problems, and that mindset has already made a big impact on our team.
Outside of work, Jacob enjoys traveling with his wife Kelsi, cooking, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
