We’re Hiring! | CAD Drafter, Civil EIT, & Licensed Civil Engineer
Our growing civil engineering and surveying firm in Lubbock, Texas is looking to add talented professionals to our team. We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:

CAD Drafter (Surveying and/or Engineering)
Responsibilities may include:
▪️ Preparing survey plats, exhibits, and civil engineering drawings
▪️ Coordinating with survey crews and engineering staff
▪️ Maintaining CAD standards and file organization
Qualifications:
▪️ Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
▪️ Survey or civil drafting experience preferred
▪️ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Civil Engineer-in-Training (EIT)
Responsibilities may include:
▪️ Assisting with site development design (grading, drainage, utilities)
▪️ Preparing construction plans and technical exhibits
▪️ Supporting senior engineers and project managers
Qualifications:
▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (from ABET accredited university)
▪️ EIT certification (or ability to obtain)
▪️ Experience with Civil 3D preferred
▪️ Strong communication and teamwork skills

Licensed Civil Engineer (PE)
Responsibilities may include:
▪️ Leading site development and infrastructure projects
▪️ Preparing and reviewing engineering plans and reports
▪️ Coordinating with clients and participating in municipal review meetings
▪️ Mentoring junior staff and overseeing design work
Qualifications:
▪️ Texas PE license (or ability to obtain through reciprocity)
▪️ Experience in land development and municipal projects
▪️ Strong project management and leadership skills
