From the first module through the final bale, Brandon & Clark provides the electrical, mechanical, automation, and field support needed to keep gin operations moving.

Our cotton gin capabilities include electric motor service and repair, transformer services, electrical construction and troubleshooting, custom gin controls, compressed air systems, engineering support, preventive maintenance, and equipment retrofits. Our custom control capabilities extend throughout the ginning process, including module feeder controls, gin stand controls, ginner's consoles, bale press controls, battery condensers, and lint cleaner controls.

When problems arise during the season, our field service capabilities help bring support directly to the gin. Brandon & Clark provides in-field electrical and automation troubleshooting, VFD installation and commissioning, motor service, compressed air support, and 24-hour service for gin operations.

Transformer service, where you need it.

Our Transformer Field Service team brings testing, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair capabilities directly to the equipment. Backed by our dedicated field service trailer, our technicians have the resources to evaluate transformer condition and address a wide range of service needs on-site.

From DGA, Doble® and electrical testing to internal inspections, leak repairs, bushing replacement, commissioning, and preventive maintenance, our goal is to help identify developing issues and keep critical transformer assets operating reliably.

When the equipment can't come to us, we're equipped to bring the service to you.

While in our care, motors can receive periodic winding tests, shaft rotations when applicable, routine PdMA testing, and energized space heaters when necessary.

Tools of the Trade.

Precision is an important part of every motor repair. Here, one of our machinists uses a lathe to machine the shaft of a rotor, carefully removing material to achieve the dimensions and finish required for the repair.

With in-house machining capabilities, our Motor Services team can perform precision work alongside the other stages of the repair process—helping us maintain quality and keep projects moving through the shop.

Following 21 years of military service in the U.S. Air Force, Reynaldo joined Brandon & Clark and has spent nearly two decades growing alongside our company. His journey, from driver to mechanic, sales, shop manager, and now Director of Operations, is a testament to his work ethic and commitment to continuous learning.

Reynaldo's leadership, support, and dedication have been instrumental to the success of our Odessa branch. We're incredibly thankful to have him on our team.
