Yesterday, we celebrated the grand opening of Inn Town Lofts — 60 units of affordable housing in the heart of downtown Lubbock.

Teinert renovated the former Jim Kimmel Center into 46 updated units and added a new building with 14 more, all in partnership with Housing Trust Group and AM Affordable Housing, a venture led by NBA Hall of Fame Alonzo Mourning.

Quality housing built for people who need it. That's exactly the kind of work we show up for.

Teinert Construction has been recognized with First Place in the TEXO Distinguished Building Awards in the General Contractor, Educational Facilities category, for our work on the Sweetwater ISD Career & Technical Education facility.

Awards are meaningful, but what we're most proud of is the work itself. A CTE facility like this one isn't just a building: it's where the next generation of tradespeople, engineers, and problem-solvers get their start. That's worth building right.
