We are heartbroken to share that one of our own, Thomas, tragically passed away in a house fire on March 27, 2026. In an instant, the Franco family lost not only Thomas, but also their home and everything in it.
Right now, they are facing unimaginable grief while trying to rebuild their lives from nothing. As a community, we want to come together and support them during this incredibly difficult time.

ACME Exteriors is looking for a reliable and organized Shop & Maintenance Manager to help keep our trucks, tools, and equipment running smoothly.

This role focuses on preventive maintenance, shop organization, and equipment readiness so our crews can work efficiently every day.

Responsibilities include:
• Tracking maintenance for trucks and equipment
• Scheduling oil changes, tire rotations, and repairs
• Organizing tools, materials, and shop inventory
• Ensuring equipment is ready for crews each day
• Coordinating repairs when equipment breaks down

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Position: Part-time or Full-time
Location: Lubbock, TX

Preferred qualifications:
• Mechanically inclined
• Experience with tools, trucks, or equipment
• Organized and dependable
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Bonus if you can perform basic maintenance like oil changes or small repairs.
