Another one across the finish line! 🏁🏠

This homeowner’s roof was initially underfunded, but after documenting the damage, supporting the claim with the proper evidence, and working through the process, the full scope of covered damage was ultimately addressed.

One thing that makes this project unique? This is a Presidential® luxury shingle roof—not a standard architectural shingle. Roofs like this represent a significant investment, and many homeowners don’t realize the type of roofing they have.

Know the value of your roof. If your home has a premium roofing system, you certainly don’t want it to be evaluated or replaced as though it were a standard shingle roof when the claim supports like-kind replacement. Understanding what you have before a storm can make all the difference.
