Building Health. Building Hope. ❤️

OPREX Construction was honored to celebrate the groundbreaking of the new Presidio Big Bend Health Center.

For the Presidio community, this project represents more than a new building—it means greater access to care, support for local families, and an important resource closer to home. We’re grateful to play a part in bringing this much-needed facility to life.

Thank you to the Big Bend Regional Hospital District, City of Presidio, and everyone who has worked to make this project possible. We’re proud to help build something that will make a lasting difference in this community.
