We completed a small deck for our lovely client, who will get us to install railings around it and some other things!
We added decking tape and poured concrete pads of the deck supports to rest on! The client also added lighting, but this will change to blue lights!

We replaced all of the rotten garage door trim and installed new facia boards under the drip edge the entire length of the back house with new PVC/ wooden boards and repaired the porch area and added some new paint!🙃 The garage doors look great and were added by someone else! We did not get any before pictures!🫢

We have recently finished a home remodel for our lovely new client!☺️
This is stage 1 of 2.

So in this 1st stage we replaced the old cabinet door hinges with hidden soft close hinges and added new door k***s.

Scraped all of the old popcorn from all the ceilings, repaired and orange peeled primed and painted.
We painted the whole house from top to bottom including the kitchen cabinets , new flooring and carpet throughout.
Added new lighting and new outlets and switches and fans.
Replaced the old primary shower only with a really nice walk in shower.

And lots more!!🙃

Stage 2 will be new kitchen countertops, both guest bathrooms and finish the bathroom in the primary.

We recently finished repairing this double garage.
We removed all of the rotten wood and installed new PVC boards and brick mold so it will stand up to all weather conditions now.
We painted the garage doors, PVC and added some nice magnetic hardware to add some character!😊

We recently finished this rough cedar pergola / Lean to with steel roof panels and we stained all the cedar before installation which makes a huge difference!
We added electrical outlets and a light switch for the fan and lights! oh and a swing!😁
We are very happy with the results and so is our lovely client!🥰
