Countertops are going in on the 26th, Then the rest of the plumbing can get finished up and this place will be ready for Stacey Gray to start spending a little time here! Basically just punch list stuff left inside… Then when we come back we can start building a big double decker deck on the back!

Well Gail has officially moved in! We’re still missing countertops and a few little things but she is in! I want to give a huge shoutout and thank you to everyone that has been involved in this project Conrad Seeley electrical, Lord Boys Painting And Restoration for finishing drywall and painting entire house. Trent from Coastline for doing all the plumbing. Amanda Lyons for the new propane heat and hot water setup, propane lines for stove and setting up propane fireplace..

Obviously thanks to Steven Evasius & Jesse Reed too, that was ALOT of work & we’re doing the upstairs when the snow starts flying again. 🔨
