All kinds of fun stuff this week. We got the facia, soffit, and siding almost completely done..1 wall in the back to go ...

All kinds of fun stuff this week. We got the facia, soffit, and siding almost completely done..1 wall in the back to go and about 30’ of facia to do, but we needed to turn our attention to inside to get inside wrapped up before the 1st so the homeowner can finally move in! Then we can finish up the outside, including the sidewalk and front steps!

The bathroom tile & the bamboo flooring came today and we finished decking over the deck & got it all flashed with 8 inch lead flashing plus started framing the roof. There is going to be a 6 inch slab / walkway the same width as the stairs all the way to the sidewalk… the stairs arn’t just short….lol…

we’ll be back to it Monday! 🔨
