•10-12 hour days | 50-60 hours weekly.

•Previous experience preferred.
•Medical benefits after 90 days: 80% monthly premium paid by company, 20% employee responsibility.

Drive caterpillar articulating off-road haul truck equipped with dump body to transport and dump loose materials such as sand, gravel, and crushed rock materials at mine site.
•Mon-Fri.
•10-12 hour days | 50-60 hours weekly.
•Position is permanent, however the job site locations are temporary and could be anywhere in southern Iowa or Northern Missouri.
•Job may require out of town and even overnight travel.
•When job site is over 61 miles from employees home a daily $45.00 per-Diem (use toward fuel, lodging, food) is applied.
•Paid weekly, direct deposit.
•High school diploma or GED equivalent.
•Prefer previous heavy equipment experience, although not required.
•Medical benefits after 90 days: 80% paid by Kent Const, 20% employee responsibility
•One week paid vacation after 12 months.
•Pre-employment drug screening required.
•4 hour paid training required in Lucas, IA at home office if not already MSHA Certified.
