So I have never considered myself a weatherman, but I will promise you there will be Blizzards next week ! The nice part about them they come in a cup so you won’t have to shovel 😂😂
My first 32 years working there up through 2016 was done under Bruce Mitchell Refrigeration, Heating and Air Conditioning driving “ Big Blue “ and some of my old vans !
From 2016 till now, all the work was done by The Fixer Upper Man Inc. driving the “ Green Machine “
So here we go again summer number 43 for me and I have everything running and ready to create some traffic chaos 😂 I have some finishing touches on a couple pieces of equipment, but I’m waiting till my arm gets better and the owner is patiently waiting for me to get there, but we’re ready and it’s rock ‘n’ roll time.

Good afternoon all my wonderful customers both old and new ! On a small break right now as I just had my left shoulder repaired but spring is coming soon and just want everyone to know I’m still doing limited Handyman type repairs when I have time around my Commercial Refrigeration Work !
Same as before just mechanical type repairs and sorry no appliance repairs but I do install new ones , no painting or drywall etc !!
The easiest thing to do is call or text me and I can let you know if it’s in my wheel house as they say !!!

One of today’s projects before and after ! Handyman work is in my blood and as promised I would get back at it once my Commercial Refrigeration work slowed down a bit !!
Not doing everything but I’m only a simple phone call away to see if I can help you in some way !

Good afternoon everyone although it seems bittersweet something happened today that I thought would never be a reality !!
You all know after my heart attack in 2015 I was forced to sell my business in 2016 only to watch the Company that bought me out literally destroy it and within 3 years the doors were closed forever !
I have been fighting this Company ever since which has been about 9 years now in court etc etc causing so much pain and stress waiting to be paid off you can't even imagine !!!
So today the last payment on the business sale was made and yes they have been paying all along on something they didn't even have anymore and I am just beyond words and I can finally close this book and the 43 chapters ( years ) it created !
And Thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting my new venture which is going very well with the Commercial Refrigeration and the continued Handy Man work when I have time !!!!!

So been at this way too long to get defeated ! Popped a run capacitor on # 2 condenser motor and the motor is running yet struggling … but nothing a sprinkler won’t fix as I’m adding cold water to the bottom of the coil to finish condensing the refrigerant back to liquid !
Motor is on order and will be here in a day !!

Good morning and for those of you trying to put me out of business by spreading rumors about my business let me clarify something !!!!
While specializing in my Commercial Refrigeration work I am still doing other work when I have time as a Very Skilled Highly Insured Fully Licensed Handyman if you want to call me that unlike others who ask to be paid in cash for a reason !
Yes I pick and choose only because I have only so many hours in a day and need to be home early for other reasons so I stick to mechanical repairs , appliance installation and the list goes on and on !! Unfortunately no construction , paint , appliance repair , drywall etc.
Plus if I can’t help you I always give a great referral to someone who can help you !!
So please give me a call with your repair concern and let me help you if I can instead of just not calling because you were told I don’t do that !!!

So after months of work yet another Restaurant getting close to being open full of new Commercial Refrigeration Equipment I sold along with the existing all cleaned , tuned up and ready to rock including 2 ice machines !

WOW what a day but we busted it out and got to play with some Big Toys today putting in this walk in cooler equipment. Just a little bit of wiring and should have it running by noon tomorrow !
The Fixer Upper Man is in deep with Commercial Refrigeration and was trained by the Best which was the Legendary Bruce Mitchell Refrigeration 🤣😂😎
