⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“Tejay and team have helped us do so many projects. Our cottage is 130 years old and needed serious help from someone not afraid to get creative with solutions. We started out with a complete gut and new bathroom remodel then as we felt comfortable, we continued to have Tejay renovate the rest of our cottage. Tejay has remodeled a storage room into a second master suite, opened up walls to combine spaces, and this past winter he removed and renovated a completely new kitchen and installed fencing among a host of other projects from new screen doors to new light fixture installation. We have continued to find projects for Tejay to help us with! We trust and value him for his skills at construction and his approach to customer service where he listens and has a can – do attitude.”

Couple of days + a pile of drywall dust = my new favorite spot in the garage!
I turned a bare-stud corner of my garage into a sound-tight, LED-lit drum cave:

1️⃣ hung rock-solid drywall & insulation
2️⃣ added acoustic foam so the neighbors still invite me to barbecues 😅
3️⃣ splashed on that ocean-blue finish & tucked an LED strip behind the ceiling for extra cool points!

This was a “treat-yourself” project at my own place, but it’s exactly the kind of detail we bring to every client job at The Lakeshore’s Handyman—whether it’s a garage jam space, home office, or full remodel.

This upper-level deck was in rough shape — water damage, rot, and a failing waterproof membrane. We tore it all out, repaired the structure, sealed it up properly, and rebuilt it using beautiful, low-maintenance Trex composite decking.

Now it’s clean, solid, and built to last.
