๐จWe appreciate everyoneโs patience throughout the storm Sunday and Monday. We have wrapped up snow removal from this storm as of Tuesday evening, and wish everyone to stay as safe & warm as possible over these next couple of weeks with extreme freezing temps expected. โ๏ธ
โผ๏ธWe apologize for any and all delays in communication, but with a snow storm of this caliber we try to have our schedule in order 12 hours prior to the storm. This ensures we are able to maximize our routes and get to everyone in a timely manner, it also allows us to make sure trucks and equipment are operating at 100%, and to get any rest we can before headed out. Please understand we are usually up 24 hours+ working straight through a storm of this magnitude, so communication can be delayed. If we have availability to add you on our route, we definitly will do so! For future storms please reach out ahead of time and we can get you a quote, put you on the schedule, and have your property done in a timely manner! ๐
โญ๏ธ-Side note for remaining Fall Clean Ups- Our fall season got cut two weeks shorter than usual with snow and freezing temps that moved in on December 2nd. We have anyone noted down on our books that was not serviced for fall and you will be taken care of as soon as the snow melts and we can welcome spring again! We will make sure to reach out as spring approaches and you will be a priority!!! ๐
๐Thank you everyone for your patience and understanding!โค๏ธโค๏ธ
