Hello, everyone! If you were planning on joining us at Crossroads Cafe tonight, we've had a little change of plans. Life happened, and our fryers are currently down.

Rather than call it a night, we decided to switch things up and treat y'all to an Italian night.

We know everyone loves our famous fish fry, but we thought this would be the perfect excuse for a cozy date night or a great meal with family and friends.

Tonight's menu features:

🍝 Spaghetti with Meat Sauce served with a garden salad, your choice of dressing, garlic bread, and Oreo Tres Leches Cake.

🍗 Chicken Alfredo with Penne Pasta served with a garden salad, your choice of dressing, garlic bread, and Oreo Tres Leches Cake.

To make the evening even better, all house wine will be half off.

Another moody evening in downtown Paducah, Texas.

Around here, we'll never complain about a good rain.

It's been a busy season across all of our Hicks Co. businesses, and we're incredibly thankful for the support this community continues to show.

Seeing downtown come to life and familiar faces reminds us just how special this place is.

Here's to rainy evenings, good neighbors, and the momentum building across Paducah.

Those words remind us that a great hotel is far more than a place to spend the night. It is a place where weary travelers find rest, families make memories, and every room quietly becomes part of someone's story. In time, that’s exactly what we hope to bring back to the table.

Today, the Cottle Hotel stands differently than it once did. Broken windows frame the same Texas sky they have for generations. Silence has replaced the footsteps that once filled its halls, and time has left its mark on every corner of the building.

Yet even in its quietest moments, it has never lost the spirit that made it special. History has a way of lingering, not just in brick and mortar, but in the memories of those who walked these halls and in the hope of those determined to see them full of life again.

Restoration is about more than repairing a building. It is about preserving a legacy, honoring the people who came before us, and believing that places like this still have something to give. One day these windows will look out on a thriving downtown once again. The halls will be filled with laughter instead of silence, and guests will create memories of their own within walls that have already witnessed so much.

The Cottle Hotel's story has never truly ended. It has simply been waiting for its next chapter. And when that chapter begins, it will be every bit as meaningful as the ones that came before..

There’s nothing more American than hearing the National Anthem echo through a rodeo arena as Old Glory waves proudly overhead.

From all of us at the Cottle-King Old Settlers Reunion & Rodeo, we wish everyone a safe and happy Independence Day as we celebrate 250 years of American freedom, faith, and tradition.

Here’s to honoring our nation’s past, celebrating the present, and preserving the Western heritage that makes gatherings like this so special.

There’s nothing quite like the Fourth of July in a small town. It’s a time to gather with family and friends, enjoy great food, and celebrate the freedoms we’re lucky to share.

While Hicks Co may not have started in Paducah, this community has become a place we're proud to invest in and be part of. The people, the history, and the hometown spirit are what make this town so special, and we're grateful for the support you've shown us along the way.

We are getting closer and closer. There’s nothing quite like a West Texas sky and watching a new place come to life.

July is here, and we’re just getting started. We have even more surprises coming your way, and we can’t wait to share them with you.

Today we celebrate someone who takes pride in everything he does and always finds a way to make things happen. Big hearted, strong willed, and one of the best people you could ever work with or for.
