Completed a great upgrade on this lakefront property ‼️

We cut back the embankment, cleared trees, and hauled away excess dirt to make room for a new shop site and additional parking. A reinforced retaining wall was built to support the existing structure and stabilize the hillside.

•Excavated and hauled off over 1,100 tons of dirt to regrade and level the driveway area, effectively redirecting stormwater away from the residence.
•Installed crush and run gravel to create a stable, defined driveway surface and eliminate issues caused by muddy or loose soil.
•Installed french drain to carry runoff safely away from the home.
•A retaining wall was also constructed on both sides of the home to reinforce the driveway foundation and provide long-term protection against potential water damage.
