Customer wanted to be able to add a second washing machine, so we got them two brass two ways with shut offs so that they can already have it installed while waiting on the washer to arrive, we also went ahead and taped up the other connections for when they attach there second set of hoses

If you look closely, you can see a puddle of water surrounding the bottom of the toilet, your first thought would be the wax ring or fl**ge is broken. This wasn’t the case, we pulled the toilet to check everything and there were no issues with the fl**ge and of course while we were there we replace the wax ring with a reinforced one. We got this toilet sat back down and it was still happening…so we took a closer look and it actually ended up being the bolts, and the gaskets that hold the tank on had completely rusted and were starting to let water seep through, I pushed it and the bolt fell right out!! So we got brand new bolts and gaskets put down in the tank and the leaks were gone, overall saving the customer tons of money from having to buy a whole new toilet!
