Brandon was extremely flexible throughout the entire process—working with our schedule, coordinating with tenants, and even helping get the irrigation system dialed in, which wasn’t originally in his scope. That kind of willingness to go above and beyond is rare.
The quality of the work speaks for itself. The yard turned out phenomenal—clean, level, and done right. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and doesn’t cut corners.
What really stood out to me was his integrity. At one point, a minor issue came up during the process, and Brandon handled it immediately and professionally—no back and forth, no excuses. He owned it, replaced the sprinkler with a brand new fix, and made sure everything was right without adding any stress on our end.
