We're looking for someone with some machining experience, you do not necessarily have to be a full-fledged machinist or a graduated engineer. We are willing to teach people that are inexperienced, however if you have applicable experience and skills your starting pay and ceiling will be higher. The job entails using power tools, performing basic mathematics, operating machinery in house (CNC, lathes, drills, etc.) and on occasion working offsite for field service jobs with the goal of balancing various different machine parts, if you are familiar with CAD software it's a plus that we're particularly interested in. Qualified personnel selected for the job start at 25$ an hour as a baseline.
We do require that you have a valid U.S. driver's license and a reliable means of transportation.

We have full time openings for new staff members in our entry level tech positions. Starting pay is negotiable. We are willing to teach people that are inexperienced, however if you have applicable experience and skills your starting pay and ceiling can be higher. We currently have an open position for an entry level technician, the job can range from 18/22$ hourly, the job involves some basic math and machine operating. We do training to teach our new hires the processes involved in what is industrial balancing. We are open to start off at higher rates depending on experience and additional skills applicants have that can be applied to what we do here such as machining and the operating of a CNC, lathe, drill press, etc. Applicants must have reliable means of transportation. We have some flexibility with hours and the opportunity for overtime.

We will teach you what you need to know but you must bring common sense and a good work ethic. We have a very friendly and fun environment to work in. You will learn a lot about machinery and will be handling expensive precision finished machine parts. All mechanical skills and technical trade experience is welcome. Familiarity with machine processes like drill presses and welding and machining a plus. You must have a valid drivers license and your own transportation. You also have to show up every day. If you have more experience you can make more money.

Hi-Tek Balancing Provides Job shop like services to equipment manufacturers nationwide. We need a MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN to support our manufacturing operation. Some work will be short run production machine operation on a variety of machine components. Familiarity with drill presses and machine tools and welding a plus. Other duties could be loading and unloading trucks with a fork truck or overhead crane, packaging and crating and shipping ups and fed ex. Repairs on vehicles fixing and maintaining shop equipment , setting up and moving machines. The right candidate should be mechanically inclined. You will be asked assist with snow removal in the winter, You will be asked to occasionally deliver loads on our flatbed truck. Regular class D drivers license required. Come join our Team ! In

Balancing 10 150hp fans at Seymour Air Force Base. Fan MFR was completely negligent balancing the fans before install. Factory balancing was mostly useless. We used over 50 pounds of clamp on weight to balance 10 fans.
