Gas water heater install in northern Virginia. The customer had three quotes on getting this installed from plumbers and handymen in the area down there. Cheapest was $2,700. Needless to say it was no where’s near that much for me to do it.

Cast iron toilet fl**ge was busted. Had to cut it out and plumb PVC fl**ge in and set toilet. Job complete.
