🚨 STORY TIME 🚨

Today, while we were out cutting grass, one of our customers called me in a bit of a bind. He had locked himself out of his house and wanted to know if we had anyone local at the moment who could help.

Without hesitation, we stopped what we were doing and headed his way! 🙌 Within 15 minutes of his call, we had him back inside his home. 🏡

Yes, we’re landscapers. But to us, this business has always been about more than cutting grass, cleaning up properties, or checking jobs off a list.

It’s about relationships. It’s about being there for people. And it’s about treating our customers like more than just another job on the schedule. 💪🏼

What a weekend in Minnesota! 🇺🇸💪

I had the opportunity to attend the Blue Collar Business Accelerator Fall Summit alongside more than 275 driven contractors from across the country, and I’m coming home with a whole new level of motivation.

Being surrounded by people who understand the challenges, sacrifices, and rewards of building a business is something special. There was an incredible amount of knowledge in the room, but what stood out just as much was everyone’s willingness to share experiences, learn from one another, and genuinely support each other’s success.

As a business owner, it’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day grind and forget to step back, look at the bigger picture, and think about where you want to go. This weekend was a great reminder that growth doesn’t happen by accident. It takes hard work, the right mindset, good people in your corner, and a commitment to keep learning.

I’m proud of what we’re building at Nate’s Property Maintenance LLC, but I know there’s still plenty of room to grow. I’m heading home with new ideas, valuable connections, and a renewed drive to keep moving forward, building a business our community can trust, a reputation we can stand behind, and a company that makes a difference right here at home.
