This stage is one of the biggest investments you’ll never actually see once your home is finished, but it’s one you’ll appreciate every single day.

Spray foam insulation is applied throughout the walls and roofline to create an airtight seal that helps:
• Improve energy efficiency
• Keep your home cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter
• Reduce outside noise
• Help control moisture and air infiltration
• Lower monthly utility bills

Once this is complete, we’ll move into the next exciting phase: drywall, where the house really starts to feel like a home.
