Its time for Spring Preventive Maintenance!!!! Preventive maintenance will prolong the life and increase the efficiency of your system!

It’s a good idea to hire a HVAC company to inspect and do maintenance on your system every fall and spring. Let Chaney Mechanical handle your preventive maintenance. We will inspect the wiring and components of the HVAC unit, washout the condensor coil, check the indoor coil, clean the condensate piping, check the refrigerant charge, and clean the air filter. All this will be done at a low rate of $85!
