This has been a year of different repair requests... In the last few months we have removed garage doors and framed for windows & doors. Added new railings to an existing deck. Added a interior door in a to turn a extra room into a nursery for a expected mother ❤️. Added a transom window over a door to bring light into a dark hallway... If you dream it, no matter how small of project... Yes, we can do it!

Yesterday was "Just another Manic Monday" on our Inman remodel... Cabinets delivered, installed ✔️

We began the day with zero toilets (for weeks 🤪)... finished the day with 3 toilets installed and a pedestal sink & faucet ✔️

Under cabinet lighting 💡 going in and wait till you see the staircase transformation going on right now 😁

We went all "Lazer" again on our Inman, SC whole house remodel, prepping for the next phase Master Bedroom suite addition.

If your house is on a septic system, all across the USA, you cannot add a bedroom to a residence without increasing septic system capacity. We are turning what yesterday, was bedroom, into a "open loft" area per the customers request. We started by removing the entry door (forgot to take a before picture of the door 😬) widening by 5" and re-jamb & case the opening. Next, we created a balcony overlook to open up the space... Now we have no need to address the septic system to permit our addition 😊.

Jumped in the deep end with our Inman, SC whole house renovation. Tearing out a corner fireplace to make room for a doorway for the phase 2 "Master Bedroom Suite" addition, tearing out kitchen to make room for new and found what's left of a massive hornets nest behind the old three door base cabinet 😳

Lyman Lake area 10x14 custom "She Shed" build just waiting for some doorknobs, window flower boxes, landscape & little paint 🎨

May 2026... Before and after pictures as we were called back to our 2024 Chesnee master bedroom/kitchen addition project to remedy some very unlevel concrete/stairs and provide much needed front elevation porch safety & upgrades!

We used TimberTech products to beautify this now low maintenance porch with a nice 5' wide staircase with risers to code, all level, plumb & true 🤓

Greer SC. Received a call from a past customer that their mother fell, broke her hip & shoulder. They'd asked to have her bathtub removed and a walk in shower installed on a budget and... asap 😥

Project completed in 4 days with new plumbing drain changed to 2", new shower valve plumbed, new walk in shower, shower doors, new bathroom floor & nice tall 19" toilet installed so we are ready for mom to come home 🤓
