A huge thank you to some of the best trades and crews in Southern Maine for helping keep our Kennebunk spec home project moving forward on schedule.

This week, we wrapped up some major milestones before the weekend rain rolled in.

✔️ Final septic installation and site work by the outstanding team at Spang Builders Excavation Division.

✔️ Plumbing and heating completed by Jim Godbout Plumbing & Heating, whose professionalism, quality, and attention to detail continue to set the standard in our industry.

✔️ Seamless gutter installation completed by Kimball’s Seamless Gutters, adding another finishing touch to this beautiful new home.

Building a quality home takes a team of skilled professionals who take pride in their work, and we’re fortunate to work alongside some of the very best in Maine.

The finish line is getting closer every day, and we’re excited to share more progress as this home comes together.

Big progress on our Kennebunk spec house!

We’ve officially completed all the rough-ins for plumbing and electrical, and things are moving quickly. Sheetrock is being delivered as we speak, and siding installation has already begun.
