This is Round 2 of forming and pouring the foundation walls alone.
One more round of Foundation walls and we will be moving on to Under slab MEPs and prepping for pouring the basement slabs.

ICYMI ‼️

One of the homes we built in Blackwater Run back in 2023 is available for purchase once again — with even more to offer!

The current owner brought us (and others) back over the years to do many upgrades to the space, and they have complimented the home so very well.

This plan is one of our showcase building plans that we received multiple inquiries to re-build semi-custom in Blackwater Run, but we vowed that we would not build the same home twice in one neighborhood to protect the “custom” nature for each buyer we sell to directly.

This house is one of a kind and we are excited for whomever is next to call this house HOME.
