Yikes to wow! These old wooden handrails were no longer safe and falling off! Replaced them with vynil/aluminum railings...

Gotta love them modular builds! Particle board floors and toilet fl**ges set so you're guaranteed a repair and water damage in the future! Got this bathroom back up to par! Replaced the damaged subfloor, and improperly installed tile with real plywood, lvp flooring and a toilet fl**ge repair to insure that there won't be any more leaks! And the toilet sits level now. No more feeling like you're in yogis cave while on the toilet!

Took an outdated and hard to access clawfoot out for a customer that needed a shower to better accommodate their needs! They added a new toilet, vanity, and shiplap wall boards to the project for me so I could complete the majority of the vision they had in mind. Very happy to have this finished and up to par for my customers!

Vanity, and Shower/Tub replacement! Per usual the subfloor under the tub was extremely water damaged and needed replacement, but we were able to get it back 💯!

Replaced the trim and added some rubber flashing. Good as new once it gets a fresh coat of paint!
