Today we’re celebrating Quentin Hutton the heartbeat of our Parts Shipping & Receiving Department!

Quentin plays an important role in keeping the Hawkins Graves machine moving. He makes sure the parts our service technicians need get where they need to be, helping our team keep equipment repaired and our customers up and running.

At Hawkins Graves, every position matters. We rely on each person to do their part and to do it to the Hawkins Graves Standard. Quentin understands that his work is connected to the next person, the next repair, and ultimately, the customer we serve. That commitment makes a difference every day.

Outside of work, one thing that is easy to see is the love Quentin has for his wife. The way he speaks about her and the life they are building together says a lot about the kind of young man he is. With so much ahead of them, it’s exciting to see a young couple building their future together. The future is bright!

It’s no coincidence that Cody is standing in front of our Mission, Vision, and Values, because he strives to represents them every day.

As our Yard Foreman, Cody plays an important role in serving our customers. He works hard to make sure each customer is loaded with what they need and ready to get the job done. The organization and cleanliness of our yard are a direct reflection of Cody’s dedication and the Hawkins-Graves standard of doing things the right way.

But Cody brings more than hard work to our team. He shows up with a smile, a positive attitude, and a willingness to help. Outside of work, he is also an involved and dedicated father, something that speaks volumes about the kind of person he is.

🎉 Happy Birthday to Darryl Mace! 🎉

If you’ve spent any time around Hawkins Graves, you know Darryl and chances are, he’s given you a hard time at least once! 😂

Darryl is our Rental Coordinator, our unofficial company comedian, and the guy who can keep everyone laughing while making sure our customers get the rental equipment they need, when they need it.

Yes, he has a smart mouth… there’s really no point in trying to sugarcoat that. 😏 But behind the jokes and sarcasm is a man who would walk through fire for our customers and the people he cares about. Darryl takes tremendous pride in providing the absolute highest level of customer service. When something needs to happen for a customer, you can count on him to do everything in his power to make it happen.

Of course, we’re pretty sure the true highlight of Darryl’s workday is completing his most important daily responsibility: giving Daniel a hard time. 🤣 If Daniel makes it through an entire day without hearing from Darryl, we should probably check on both of them!

But as much as Darryl loves a good laugh, there’s another side of him that says even more about the man he is Darryl is truly a family man. ❤️

He is a wonderful and devoted father to his son and daughter, and there is no question how much his children mean to him. Family isn’t something Darryl just talks about he makes it a priority.

Family dinners aren’t just dinner. They mean gathering around the table with his brother Chris, his mom, his nieces and nephews, his kids everybody is there. Those relationships, traditions, and time together matter to him, and that devotion to family tells you a lot about Darryl’s heart.

And that same loyalty carries over to his Hawkins Graves family.

Darryl works hard, cares deeply about our customers and his coworkers, and makes HG a whole lot more fun in the process. When Darryl is around, you’re going to smile, you’re going to laugh, and there’s a pretty good chance you’re going to laugh until it hurts.

We are incredibly thankful for everything Darryl brings to Hawkins Graves his dedication, his customer service, his loyalty, and most definitely the laughter.

Anybody can drive a truck…but it takes some serious skill, patience, and precision to maneuver a tractor-trailer loaded with the BIG equipment we deliver every day. Chris makes getting those massive machines from Point A to Point B and exactly where they need to be look easy. 💪

🎉 HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CHRISTINA SAUNDERS! 🎉

Today, Hawkins Graves is celebrating one of our wonderful Service Coordinators, Christina Saunders! 🥳

If you’ve worked with Christina, you already know just how much she keeps moving behind the scenes. From taking in equipment for repair, keeping customers updated, filing warranties, juggling paperwork, answering questions, and probably solving a few problems nobody even knew existed Christina handles it all with hard work, patience, and dedication.

Outside of work, she’s a devoted mom of two and one of those genuinely grounded, hardworking women who simply makes the people around her better. If this world had a few more Christinas in it, it would be a much brighter place.

And then there’s THE LAUGH. 😂

Calling it a laugh might be generous. It’s somewhere between a laugh and a full-blown cackle and once Christina gets going, everybody around her is going to be laughing whether they know what’s funny or not. It’s absolutely contagious!

So if you see Christina today, take a minute to wish her a VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY and let her know how appreciated she is! ❤️
