The room we worked on was truly unique and challenging. It had a noticeable slope, giving it the character of a 1900s home. However, the presence of extensive termite damage beneath the surface posed a major problem. Another contractor had attempted to address the damage by adding an extra layer of OSB boards and pouring self-leveling cement, which ended up making the floor excessively heavy in certain areas. Our team took on the task of removing all the added material, and it was incredibly satisfying to see the floor restored to a level surface once again.

We put a lot of effort into transforming our home. We carefully selected the perfect boards and ensured the paint was flawless. Additionally, we installed new stair railings and gave the entire house a fresh coat of paint.

So many boards were either chipped, had huge gaps or cracks throughout. We were able to replace boards and make this hardy board look better than it did. No job to big no job to small.
