The long days, sacrifices, late nights, and faith through the unknown were all worth it. Seeing everything come together is a reminder that dreams really can become reality when you refuse to give up.

It sits in the very spot of her childhood home. She, along with the help of her family, has transformed it into an elegant and luxury nightly rental… offering peace and tranquility in their hometown of Lambert, MS.

We specialize in the DIY building! We build the structure, frame interior walls, wire, install lights, switches and outlets. The customer finishes the rest to taste!

After the building is paid for, live with no rent, 30 year mortgage or high commercial rent!

We build portable (that is set up on blocks) up to 16X52, we build a 2 story or up to 30X100 single story to a conventional pier system or to a concrete slab, just like a traditional stick built home!

This is a 10x16 building that we designed, finished, and furnished as a display to showcase an idea for a small hotel-style nightly rental or an extra bedroom with a bathroom behind a house. We created this to see how small we could make it while still keeping it comfortable and as affordable as possible.

Scroll down to the next few videos on our timeline to check out a green 12x16 that we designed a little larger, without the porch, with our traditional siding, and with a 12” overhang to change the exterior look.
