At Unique, we have always ourselves on creativity and solution-based approaches for our clients.

St. George Village, an active retirement community, had an interior pool area that struggled to keep tropical plants alive due to low light conditions.

Working with the facility manager and residents, we proposed integrating new planters with artificial plants to accent the areas. This approach allows for a permanent and consistent solution to increase the ambience around the pool decking. This also gives Unique the flexibility to make small changes to the planters seasonally to keep them interesting and fresh looking.

We’re back and ready to go, our maintenance crews are out in full swing tackling over 1000 ornamental grasses just on this one property alone.

Requirements:
✅ Must have GA driver’s license with clean driving record
✅ Two to three year’s experience in landscape management
✅ Good communication and customer service skills
✅ Computer skills are very helpful
✅ Spanish/English bi-lingual is a plus


Job Description:
➡️ Train and assist crews on managing their daily routes
➡️ Build and sustain good client relationships through regular communication and meetings
➡️ Estimate and prepare proposals as well as close out small projects
➡️ Must be able to complete daily records and reports as required by Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services

➡️ Maintain assigned vehicle and ability to prep for daily routes
➡️ Take on additional landscape responsibilities during various seasons throughout the year
