Quick back porch deck overhaul which included removing the old wood deck boards, re-leveling the framing and adding additional supports. Then we added Trex Toasted Sand decking and Veranda railings. The steps had to be completely built from scratch.

Full siding tear off including outside sheeting which needed to be replaced as it was the old black press board. We also tore down the old unsafe deck which was buried approximately 2.5" into the ground. All new composite Trex deck with Veranda railings. Siding replaced with Certainteed Wolverine 4.5" lap board. Start to finish this house came out amazing!

Transformed an unfinished storage room in the basement into a fully functional bathroom, complete with two storage areas. This newly created bathroom features a spacious 60" shower, 31" vanity, illuminated mirror, and a Liberty Mancerating toilet. The installation of Lifeproof LVP flooring and genuine wood trim accentuates the bathroom's exceptional appearance.

Updated this bathroom a few weeks ago. Removed the older walk-in shower, single sink vanity,, tiled floor and wall mounted mirror and vanity light. Moved the wall mounted vanity light electric to the ceiling and installed 2 recessed lights with built in nightlights. Adjusted the plumbing for a double vanity drain. Replaced the older vent fan with a larger Broan unit and added a recessed light over the shower. Repaired all the drywall imperfections and then repainted the walls and ceiling. New double vanity, mirrors, acrylic shower with sliding shower doors provided and installed. LVP flooring and new solid wood (no MDF) pine trim with shoe mouldings installed and painted to a semi-gloss white finish. 🚿💧🔧💡👍
