🚨 We’re hiring drivers (DOT Class A CDL + non-DOT)

We’re looking for dependable drivers to help move materials and supplies to our job sites.

This is not a “sit around and wait” job. We move fast and expect people to show up ready to work.

We’re hiring:
• Class A CDL - DOT drivers
• Non-DOT drivers

DOT drivers:
Run loads from our home base to job sites and return. No extended travel or staying on the road.Typically no more than 2-3 days out at a time.

Non-DOT drivers:
Handle smaller local runs and supply trips as needed.

You’ll be a good fit if you:
• have a valid driver’s license
• can pass a drug test and background check
• are reliable and show up when you say you will
• take pride in doing things the right way

Traveling Field Inspector

Jones Tile is hiring Traveling Field Inspectors to support active retail flooring and concrete polishing projects across multiple states.

This is a field-based, travel-intensive position focused on evaluating jobsite performance and reporting directly to leadership.

Responsibilities

Travel to active job sites

Verify production progress and quality

Document site conditions

Communicate clearly with office leadership

Qualifications

3+ years experience in commercial flooring, concrete polishing, or related trades

Strong understanding of retail remodel environments

Ability to read schedules and construction documents

Comfortable working nights

Highly organized and tech-capable (Drive, Excel, mobile reporting)

Direct communicator who can hold crews accountable

Willingness to travel extensively (multi-state rotation)

This is not a desk position.
This is a hands-on field role.
