Traveling Field Inspector
Jones Tile is hiring Traveling Field Inspectors to support active retail flooring and concrete polishing projects across multiple states.
This is a field-based, travel-intensive position focused on evaluating jobsite performance and reporting directly to leadership.
Responsibilities
Travel to active job sites
Verify production progress and quality
Document site conditions
Communicate clearly with office leadership
Qualifications
3+ years experience in commercial flooring, concrete polishing, or related trades
Strong understanding of retail remodel environments
Ability to read schedules and construction documents
Comfortable working nights
Highly organized and tech-capable (Drive, Excel, mobile reporting)
Direct communicator who can hold crews accountable
Willingness to travel extensively (multi-state rotation)
This is not a desk position.
This is a hands-on field role.
