I hate to have to post this - but after the 17th it’s good to put it out there.

We are lining for ANOTHER serious round of storms, I’ve seen and heard potential for 20 tornados with how this is forming.

Prepare for this NOW over the weekend. Put your deck furniture up, move stuff from being thrown by the wind, and have that basement go bag ready!

‼️ Storm Updates ‼️

All I’m going to say is, wow…The storm that hit on Friday the 17th is going to be one to remember for everyone. This is some of the craziest hail damage I’ve ever been able to inspect.

This is not a storm that as a homeowner you overlook. We are finding holes in roofs, entire south elevations with no windows in tact, siding looks like Swiss cheese - it’s bad folks.

Do not put this on the back burner, call me to book your no pressure inspection. Be VERY careful hiring anyone outside of locals during this, to many bad apples floating around 👀

“I originally started this insurance claim with a different contractor, and it was such a disorganized mess that I eventually gave up and closed the claim entirely. A coworker referred me to Patrick, and at that point I was really just hoping to get a new roof without all the stress.

From the moment Patrick came over, he made me feel at ease. He pointed out concerns with the siding as well, and after I explained the awful experience I had with the previous contractor, he reassured me that things would be handled the right way this time. I decided to reopen the claim and I am so glad I did.

I have State Farm, and they do not have the best reputation when it comes to roofing and siding claims. Even with that challenge, within a month I had brand-new siding on my entire house and new gutters installed. The roof took a little longer only because State Farm dragged their feet not because of any delay on Patrick’s end.

What really set Patrick apart was how he communicated. He talked to me like a real person, never like an insurance expert or a contractor trying to rush me through something. Any time I didn’t understand part of the process, he made sure to explain it until I did. The only decisions I ever had to get involved in were picking colors for the roof, siding, and gutters, he handled everything else with the insurance company.

Patrick also gave me options without ever making me feel like I was just a “sale” to him. He went above and beyond with several little things throughout the process, always communicated quickly, and genuinely cared about getting things done the right way.

I’m also a woman homeowner, and I’ll be the first to admit I had very little knowledge about roofing, siding, or insurance claims going into this. Patrick never once made me feel uncomfortable, talked down to me, or assumed I wouldn’t understand. Instead, he explained everything in a way that made the entire process feel simple and manageable. I always felt informed, respected, and confident in the decisions being made.
