Legacy Woodcrafts

Woodworking with an ever-expanding portfolio of crafts and projects. I specialize in smaller scale woodworks.

Please note that I do not take on projects that require building onsite. I also do not install my projects, but can refer you if needed. I don't do this because I have to, but because I find joy in it! God has been gracious to me in giving me a passion for woodworking. This keeps my mind from being idle, my body from being lazy, and makes me a very productive person. Making things for people allow

s me to hone my skillset by doing a more diverse range of projects that I would otherwise not have been exposed to or able to do. It also allows me to using a wider range of woods and other materials, which is always exciting. And with the increasing success I am able to invest in some higher level tools for my shop, which in turn allows me to make even better pieces for my customers. My shop is still churning up lots of saw dust, but mostly for home improvement projects over the past few months. Here is one customer cutting board I was able to complete in the midst of my own projects!

I am still in business but just have customer projects on pause for the time being as I have been trying to get our house ready to sell! If you know of anyone looking for a great 2k square foot home with an acre yard let me know. We really want a trustworthy person to sell our home to.

My youngest boy is officially out of the crib and in his new bed! This is the best part of learning carpentry! Something custom that my son can keep for decades.

This just in!! Suddeth Woodworks is getting a name change and a new website!!

The new name is Legacy Woodcrafts

This new name came with a lot of thought and carries with it a more meaningful message behind my carpentry passion.

My dad picked up this skill in his younger days and I grew up watching him build all sorts of things. My passion came to fruition after getting married and being broke, looking for ways to fix things without paying someone else. I gradually understood why my dad loved it and followed suit! My family is full of honest, hard-working blue collar 'tinkerers', of whom I credit for passing down a passion for technical things and figuring out solutions to various problems. Woodworking is a skillset that 'scratches that itch' because it has taught me that almost anything is doable or fixable if you have the patience to figure it out!

I believe this to be a significant part of my families Legacy! Welcome to my page and let's see if I can create your dream woodcraft!
