Meet Kalyn!
Since joining Speir & Associates in 2022, Kalyn has become an invaluable part of our team. Starting out in the field, she quickly proved her versatility, dedication, and willingness to learn, eventually taking on key roles supporting both our office and warehouse operations.

She's currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management at Georgia Southern University. Kalyn balances her education with hands-on industry experience, continuously growing her knowledge and skills.

Today, Kalyn plays an important role as an Assistant Project Manager where she assists with purchase orders, subcontracts, project documentation, and project coordination. Say hey to Kayln!👋

It was an honor to be part of this project. Speir & Associates President, Harold Speir, is a proud graduate of Mary Persons High so seeing this one come together was extra special for our team!

The 37,000 square foot field house cost $11.5 million on its own, according to school officials, and was funded through ESPLOST collections.

Meet one of our valued team members, Jake Harrell!

As our Vice President, Jake manages day-to-day operations, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. He's passionate about staying ahead of industry technology and code changes, making sure our managers and field employees are equipped with the latest tools and knowledge. He even oversees our in-house training program, helping every team member stay current on safety standards and best practices.

Jake graduated cm laude from Georgia Southern University in 2017, earning his degree in Construction Management and has been a valuable member of the Speir team since 2013, starting as a field helper during high school.

He holds a state electrical license as well as certifications in OSHA 30, CPR, First Aid, and AED, ensuring he is well-equipped to manage the safety and efficiency of his projects.

Proud moment for all of us, but especially for this young man, Ricky Nicklow!🌟
Ricky wanted to participate in the apprenticeship program, but you have to have a HS diploma or a GED. At the time, Ricky passed all parts of the GED except math. Lacey, our Corporate Secretary & HR Manager, arranged for CGTC to tutor him and after a several weeks of hard, hard work he did it!
We are all so proud of Rick’s hard work and determination. These are qualities that are invaluable to our team!
