Ash trees 🌳 have suffered significantly due to the emerald ash borer infestation over the past couple of years. These two ash trees were not immune. A freshly designed landscape has been installed at La Plata. Braxton and I removed the existing landscaping, trimmed the bushes, and prepared the site for new bullet edgers. We completed the transformation of this property, removing two full dump trailers of trees and trimmings. Braxton and I worked hard to prepare this property for the market. We found some beautiful burning bushes and lilacs in the brush that were able to be saved. We also installed fresh brown mulch and new 🌼🌸 cone flowers, black-eyed susans, 🌺 hydrangeas, and butterfly bushes in the front beds. The outcome was a total transformation. 🌷🌻 Landscaping and hardscaping can greatly enhance a property's aesthetic. We constructed these walls and steps last November, and I returned this April to add an additional step for the customer and complete the landscaping. Utilizing an edger, I created a natural edge and incorporated over 35 plants and bushes into the design. At the customer's request, I relocated a redbud tree native to her property. Additionally, I seeded and applied a straw blanket to a previously bare hillside. The outcome was stunning; a lot of love and thought went into this project. A beautiful home and property got a landscaping facelift this past week. Braxton & I removed 3 bushes, and did a spring clean up. We added a variety of bushes, 2 different variety’s of weigela’s, cone flowers, 1 weeping cherry tree in the back of the home, & 1 hydrangea limelight tree🌳.
