Who We Are

SP Design Group is led by four principals. Our staff of 11 includes architects, engineers, architectural/engineering interns, graphic designers and skilled administrative employees. The average annual construction value generated by the firm is appoximately forty-million dollars. SPDG provides the staff and equipment to successfully manage several projects simultaneously.

Our firm has expanded over the years to include an engineering department in 1984. The firm provides electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering “in-house.” The ability to provide engineering disciplines from within the same office sets SPDG apart from other firms.

At SP Design Group, we utilize an all-inclusive, collaborative process when delivering professional services to each of our clients. The “Owners” have a vital role in developing and approving the programming and design at every level. In our past experiences, we have found the community to be very much interested and involved in the planning of the projects.

It has been our experience that as participants are allowed to contribute to a project, they develop a strong sense of ownership for that project; they become stakeholders with a strong desire to see the project succeed.
