A couple of months ago, we inspected this roof and found some storm damage — but unfortunately, there wasn’t enough at the time for Allstate to approve a full roof replacement.
So we gave the homeowner our recommendation: switch to USAA, let us keep the property monitored, and wait for the next legitimate storm event. ⛈️
We tagged the property as an asset in our system, and when another storm came through the area, we were notified. 📲⚡️
We came back out, performed another full inspection, and found clear evidence of new damage from that storm. We documented everything, filed the claim with USAA, and… 💥
✅ FULL ROOF REPLACEMENT PAID FOR BY INSURANCE! ✅
