Do you have a plow truck?
Do you need accounts to plow every storm?

I’m looking to add more subcontractors for snow removal this winter in Mankato, North Mankato, St Peter, Eagle Lake, and Janesville.

You will get a dedicated list of accounts that you service every storm. My routes are set up with 3-4 hours of commercial work and 4-5 hours of residential work. Most days we can start routes at 4AM and still get everybody cleared in time to open.

Worried that your truck might break down or you aren’t available every storm? I have a great team put together that can help assist on your route if needed.

Have a truck but no plow? Maybe you are interested in running a shoveling crew. I provide snowblowers and shovels, you drive around with a couple of your friends and clear sidewalks at our commercial accounts and some residential driveways that we can’t fit trucks in.

Each shoveler rides with a plow driver. You get to sit in the warm truck between accounts.

Must have appropriate winter clothing
-boots, jacket, hat, gloves, snow pants

No experience needed

No drivers license necessary- we will pick you up

We have crews out at all hours of the day for multiple days on big storms. Any little bit you can help is much appreciated.

We use commercial two stage walk behind snow blowers for larger storms to make the work easier.

Job duties:
-Splitting wood with hydraulic splitter
-Stacking split wood on pallets
-Wrapping firewood bundles
-Delivering firewood bundles to retail locations
-Operating chainsaws
-Operating skid-loader

Requirements:
-Valid drivers license
-Acceptable driving record
-Able to pass DOT physical and obtain health card
-Proper work attire (boots, full length pants) We provide gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection

Expectations:
-Show up when you say you will
-Keep moving and stay busy
-Clean your work area

Starting pay $15/hr- payroll

Full time employees (30 hours per week or more) receive PTO based on hours worked

I am looking to hire 2-3 plow truck drivers and 1 skid steer operator

Must have a valid driver's license

All of our equipment is in great shape and well maintained

Start time is usually 4am for overnight storms. We work until every account is finished. If you have limited availability, we could possibly still use your help especially 4am-8am to get commercial accounts done.

Located in Mankato Hilltop area

Pay determined by experience- willing to pay quite well for quality, dependable employees!

Shovelers needed also! Bring your friends. Have a friend with no license? Pick them up and they can make money shoveling We use larger two stage commercial snowblowers to make the work easier!

Ride with a plow truck driver and shovel sidewalks at each account

We start at 4am each morning after a snowfall and work until anywhere between 9-noon. With larger storms we sometimes work during the storm in the middle of the day as needed.

You don’t need to be available all the time or for the full time. Any amount you can help us is much appreciated!

We are hiring!

Currently looking to fill two positions.
Pay based on experience.
Hours are flexible.
Over 40 hours is paid time and a half.
Must be able to pass DOT physical.
Random drug testing.
Valid driver's license required.
Class A/B pays more.

Job duties required to perform are as follows:

Mowing,
Trimming,
Edging,
Tree Trimming,
Pruning,
Spliting firewood,
Wrapping firewood bundles,
Delivering firewood,
Occasional landscaping work,
Snow removal in the winter.

Bonus pay for Commercial Applicator license holders
-We can assist you in taking the test!

Lift 60lbs consistently,
