When we started working on this historic home, we knew we would need to preserve its historic foundations while also adding to it without destroying its essence.

We added a second story with several bedrooms and additional areas where the family can gather together to create new memories.

Looking at this second story coming along, with the electric completed, the drywall set up, and the walls painted, you can truly admire the natural light filling the air with an atmosphere of peace and serenity.

Follow along as we continue to make this second story a peaceful sanctuary and see how we continue to transform homes ✨️

When you are remodeling a home, you never know what challenges you will encounter along the way, but the magic happens when you can provide a solution and you overcome those challenges. 😎

Construction is no easy path but rather, a process of creation, correction, addition, subtraction and most of all, patience! 😌

Remodeling requires lots of patience, but we love this because once you get to the end of the process, you get to see all your hard work pay off! 🤗🥰

With HVAC, Plumbing and electric being finalized, this beautiful home is coming along to its next stages.
