Having a certified restoration company to review your water or fire damage loss is always in your best interest. We were able to get an additional $63,000.00 covered from adjuster's original $18,000 estimate.

We completed a full gut out, cleaned all wood framing, replaced rotted wood, applied anti-microbial sealant and then proceeded to dryout and dehumidification.

After dryout we encapsulated any residual staining from mold, installed all néw electrical wiring, insulation, new drywall construction, paint, flooring, light and plumbing fixtures, new cabinets and granite countertops.

Tear out molded drywall and remove ceramic floors. Heavy cleaning to wall cavity, stud wall, and subfloor. Replace insulation and drywall, paint walls and trim and install LVP flooring. Replace cabinets and counters with shaker ready to assemble upper and lower cabinets. New 3cm edge calacatta nova quartz countertops.

A-1 Rapid Response Restoration, LLC Inspection Fee Schedule:

$100-$250 per inspection (up to $400 per claim assignment) 10-15 claims per month minimum.

Basic inspection: 2.0 hours ($100) Consists of interior and exterior inspection of property. Go to property meet with homeowner discuss damages and cause of damage.

Procedure -
Locate customer in Xactimate on cloud projects pull down to local to take photos for claim within your local
Projects. (Remember to send back up to cloud at conclusion of photo inspection)
1) 1 mailbox photo
2) 1 photo of each elevation for front, right, rear, left. Visually inspect for wind or hail damage to any siding, gutters, soffit or fascia (get photos of any dents or missing building components from wind, hail or debris hits multiple photos, if necessary)
3) Get photos and sketch with measurements of any interior rooms affected with water, fire, smoke or mold damage. Get overview photo of affected room and closeup of damaged area. If wall or ceiling paint or flooring adjoins continuously with any adjoining rooms get photos showing the continuous flow into next room as well as overview photo or photos of adjoining room or rooms and sketch and measurements of room or rooms.

Roof inspection (45 minutes)
- $75 extra
Get overview photos of each roof slope (facets on hip roof). Walk roof and chalk any missing or detached shingles with chalk, chalk any shingles with "hail hits" or any soft metal flashings with hail hits.

Water damage (45 min up to hour) - ($75
Extra) Create rooms labeling, Master bedroom, child's room, guest room, den, living, hall, bath etc. Then take meter reading photos show overview photo of room then broad view photo of moisture meter in wall or baseboard. Get close up of reading proceed to other walls, ceiling, floors or other affected area. Get photos of all equipment in each room.

We were called out for fascia and soffit damage to the front of the home and upon our free exterior and roof inspection we discovered wind and hail damage to roof structure, gutters and siding as well along with interior ceiling stains and damage.

I always remember my Civil Procedure Professor in my first year of law school told us, "You only get one bite at the apple." I have always remembered this because it rings true in everything. We may not be the biggest outfit but if you want your home or property to get the full attention it deserves consider A-1!

Typically, we won't be the cheapest option for restoration services but we will always be the best and provide the best VALUE. When there is water damage you have to get behind the walls and "peel back the onion." We will work with your insurance carrier to address the new damage along with the hidden old damage.
