Would you believe this entire bathroom used to be a closet?

For this family, carving out a full bath added far more function and value to than unused storage ever could. We leaned into a bold, masculine direction with rich charcoal tile, a curbless shower, matte black finishes, and even a black toilet for a moody, modern feel.

To keep the space from feeling cold, we layered in warmth through natural maple trim that ties seamlessly into the rest of the home, along with white oak cabinetry and floating shelves that soften the contrast beautifully.

Every square foot now works harder while still feeling elevated, intentional, and timeless.

This girls bathroom was completely reimagined to feel feminine, playful, and elevated while still growing with her for years to come 💜✨

The original space felt builder-basic with limited function, minimal storage, and finishes that lacked personality. We transformed it with a long custom vanity, integrated makeup station, dramatic veined tile, warm brass accents, and a deep tub that makes the room feel both luxurious and practical.

This kitchen was missing both function and personality. Now it feels intentional, layered, and deeply inviting.

Organic warmth meets midcentury influence with custom Amish cabinetry in a rich olive green paired with a deep, moody stain. The quartz countertops bring durability and clean flow, while the island was designed to double as a dining table, complete with custom posts that anchor the space architecturally.

And the reeded wall cabinet. Texture. Movement. Just enough detail to make the entire room feel custom.

We are so proud of this transformation and even more grateful for these clients who were the absolute best people ever. 💕

🐦 🐦 Two birds. MANY stones.

Last week we went hunting for slabs for several upcoming projects and also got to hang out at our favorite stoneyard for an event.

Here are some of our favorite quartzites currently in stock.

Quartzite is one of my favorite materials. It’s a natural stone that’s harder than marble and granite and has the beautiful versatility to match whatever design style you’re into. Every slab is unique. Its own art piece & personality.

Fun facts and tips if you’re searching for countertops for an upcoming project:

☑️ Set your budget range before you go. It helps guide which stones to look at and keeps the day much more enjoyable.
☑️ Bring your finish materials so you can see everything together in natural light. Cabinet samples. Tile. Paint. Flooring. Even small swatches make a huge difference.
☑️ Collect inspiration ahead of time. Stone yards can feel overwhelming, so knowing the overall vibe you’re drawn to helps you narrow in quickly while still staying open to surprises.

✨ Sneak peek of the Middleton bath we’ve been working on. Porcelain tile wraps every surface using mitered edges, giving the space a seamless, sculpted feel. Heated floors add that subtle touch of everyday luxury, while the neutral edging and soft veining keep it clean, crisp, and timeless.

This kitchen feels straight out of a magazine. The organic modern vibes are strong with natural white oak floors, custom white oak cabinetry, and St. Lucia quartzite flowing seamlessly up the backsplash.

A touch of marble scallop, Venetian plaster, and a stone fireplace add layers of texture and warmth. Luxurious Wolf appliances and a paneled fridge give it the chef’s kiss it deserves.
